Travel is charged once per visit, separately from notarization. Rates use one-way driving miles from Davis: up to 5 miles $20; over 5–15 miles $40; over 15–30 miles $60; over 30 miles: Custom quote, if possible. Trips beyond 30 miles are subject to availability. The map shows straight-line distance, so estimates show a minimum and the driving tier is confirmed before dispatch. The $15 notarial preview applies to acknowledgments and jurats; exemptions may apply.
Bring the complete document and acceptable identification. The receiving agency or your adviser should tell you which notarial act you need.
